UH-60 A/L Blackhawk – Total Cockpit Solutions

SGB is pleased to offer total cockpit solutions for your UH-60A/L training needs. We can provide our customers with illuminated, NVIS-compatible, simulated NVIS, or non-illuminated solutions for all of the control heads found in the A/L cockpit including: PDU, CDU, ICS,ARN-149 LF/ADF, ARN-147 VOR, ARC-231, Blade De-Ice, CMWS/CHAFF, GPS-128,KY-58, ARC-201, ASN-128 GPS, AFCS, APX-123 IFF, APR-39, AHRU, ARC-220 HF, AVS-7 HUD, KT-100, Master Warning, CIS Mode, VSI-HSI Mode, AUX Fuel, Mission SYS, MISC PNL. Our control panels utilize OEM knobs, buttons, and switches, as well as custom annunciators, and are available for the center and overhead consoles and main instrument panel. We also offer a full set of mechanical controls that includes: cyclic grip and shaft, collective (grip, shaft for pilot and co-pilot)  parking brake, and a fully functional engine power control quadrant. UH60A/L/M & CH-47 CAPT-E with Flight Controls & 6′ Radius DirectVue Display System

The Cockpit Academics Procedural Tool- Enhanced Visual Control System (CAPTE-VCS) is a low cost/high fidelity tactical emulation of the UH-60A/L &M and CH-47F helicopter cockpits. The CAPTE-VCS’s immersive cockpit is highly effective and accurate for start up, shutdown and on-ground and in-flight emergency procedures. The CAPTE-VCS is designed to support numerous page and pilot vehicle interface tasks during qualification, refresher and sustainment training.

The CAPTE- VCS is an upgraded version of our proven CAPT-E trainer that includes an enhanced multi-channel visual system and IG and fully functional flight control system for pilot and co-pilot stations. Each flight control seat station is electronically linked and includes high force motors for active cyclic, collective and foot pedal controls.

Engine Power Control Quadrant

SGB has developed and fielded a fully functional, high-fidelity simulated engine power control quadrant (EPCQ) for the UH-60M training industry. Our EPCQ’s damping system replicates the real aircraft loads associated with all handle functions including the power, fuel, and fire control handles. Our proven robust design solution includes most interface protocols for positional feedback, and is available in both illuminated (NVIS option) and non-illuminated configurations. “We are thrilled to be able to offer our customers the EPQA,” commented Marvin Beiter, GM of SGB Enterprises. “This EPQA represents a significant shift in our product offering and design capability.
